Bennett Architecture partnered with Essington School to transform a decommissioned building into a vibrant preschool facility focused on sustainability, inclusivity, and child well-being. Retaining the building’s essence, the design introduced creative learning spaces, a large-roofed patio for year-round outdoor play, and an engaging yard with water features, sandpits, and edible plants. This thoughtful approach fosters exploration and play, delivering a functional, welcoming environment that reflects world-class early education principles.
