Peppimenarti Community Hub
The concept design for the Peppimenarti Council Community Hub was developed to provide office accommodation for Australia Post, Centrelink, the West Daly Regional Council, and additional tenants. The project’s key objective was to create a compelling concept proposal that would help the West Daly Regional Council secure funding and approvals for development. Initially, the design featured two separate buildings and a dedicated community arts centre supporting Aboriginal art, education, and cultural activities. To improve approval prospects and funding opportunities, the concept was later refined to focus solely on essential service facilities and a more streamlined project scope.

The primary objective of the project was to create a compelling concept presentation that would enable the West Daly Regional Council to secure the necessary funding and approvals to proceed with the development. The initial proposal comprised two separate buildings and included a dedicated community arts centre to support Aboriginal art development, education, and cultural activities. However, the concept was subsequently refined to focus on essential services only, streamlining the project scope to facilitate the approval process and improve funding opportunities.
