Dave Bennett

Director & Senior Architect

Bennett Architecture developed conceptual designs for a new music studio in Yuendumu, a remote Warlpiri community. Led by architect and musician Dave Bennett, the project embraces music’s cultural significance, creating a vibrant, community-led space for recording, rehearsals, and live events. Shaped by the desert environment and Warlpiri traditions, the design features shaded outdoor areas, durable materials, and acoustically tuned interiors, fostering ceremony, storytelling, and social connection while celebrating identity and creative expression.
