GOVE HOUSE, NT

Gove House is a renovation of an original men's quarters, built to support mining operations in Nhulunbuy.

We have redeveloped this concrete precast building to create seventeen separate 2-3 bedroom units suitable for the tropics. A private client purchased one of the 5 blocks built in the 1970s from the NT Government and now these are premium accommodation options for the town, providing executive living for the mine management staff.

Features include landscaped gardens at ground level, modern and large open plan units, large tropical verandahs with sweeping views of the town and surrounding arafura seas toward the wessel islands.
